Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Noeifevo. We guarantee that all products are rigorously tested by our quality inspector before delivery. If you have any questions after receiving the products, please contact us by email: sale@noeifevo.de.

Return Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After you send us an email to request a return, we will respond within 24 hours.

To receive a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.

Return shipping costs


1. Noeifevo pays for the return shipping

noeifevo pays the shipping costs if the reason for the return was due to our error.

Examples of cases may include:
The item arrived defective and cannot be fixed with a replacement part.
We have sent the wrong item.
We sent it to the wrong address.
We have shipped a duplicate order.
Items that were tampered with during the 30-day return period. (The customer should properly install and operate the item according to the product manual instructions.)

IMPORTANT

For items that are damaged or defective, the customer must provide videos or photos to support the claim that the item is damaged or malfunctioning. If a customer refuses or fails to provide videos or photos of the claimed defective/damaged item, the return will be treated as a "buyer's remorse" and the customer will be solely responsible for the shipping costs.

If a customer claims that an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof before returning it without exception.
If the return request for a damaged/defective item can be resolved with simple parts and support, we can offer the option of free replacement parts and repair advice for your item if the customer finds this to be the easier solution. You do not need to send back a large bulky item.
As soon as we receive the approved returned item, we will inspect its condition. If it is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 3 business days. If

In the case of a return due to customer errors, the return shipment is the customer's responsibility and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Fees vary depending on the region.

Noeifevo provides the customer with the prepaid return shipping labels, and the shipping costs for returning the products will be deducted from the refund.

It is important to note that every order with special shipping costs is subject to a deduction of our actual outgoing expenses.

For returns to the EU in Poland, please contact Noeiefevo customer service by email (sale@noeifevo.de) to obtain the return address.

Return Policy

The customer can return or get a refund for a product within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the customer will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process the refund.

The return can be requested for a refund if one of the factor conditions is met:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer notices that the product was tampered with during the transaction and can provide a damage report.
  2. Within 30 days of receiving the goods, the customer finds that the product seriously deviates from the description of the original product in one or more important aspects.
  3. Within 30 days after the customer has received the goods, it is determined that the product has a performance defect that is not artificially damaged. The customer should assist us in completing all battery tests, and both parties confirm that the product has quality issues.


Order Cancellation

Noeifevo generally ships your orders within 1-2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact Noeifevo as soon as possible to cancel the order. The customer will receive a refund within 12 hours if the products have not been shipped.

However, if the product has already been shipped for the order, we will refund the payment within 3 business days after the returned product is received.
