Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in Noeifevo -Batteries products and services. We strive to make the most reliable batteries on the planet. If you have a problem with one of our batteries, we have developed a straightforward warranty policy to manage a problem.

We offer a warranty against poor product performance when used correctly according to the instructions in the product manual.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product and use the battery properly under the manual instructions.


N100, N200, D4870 have five-year limited warranty.
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered or stressed beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or damaged as a result of abnormal use. Punctures and normal wear and tear are not justified.

Non-transferable

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any other person or entity. Please contact the place of purchase regarding a warranty claim.

Warranty Claims Procedure

If our product fails to function normally, the consumer assists us in completing all battery tests. Both parties confirm that the product has quality problems. We will send a new battery replacement to the faulty battery after it has been returned to our EU warehouse through the prepaid label we have prepared.
From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality problems and do not work normally, we can provide replacement or refund services. Within 7 months from the date of purchase until the end of the warranty, if our products have quality problems and do not work normally, we can offer replacement services.

General conditions for warranty claims
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser. If the customer is gifted or resold, the original purchaser must make a warranty claim. Original order information is required for warranty.
All products returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk. Customers who need to return the products to the specified location at the specified time

Warranty Exclusions
The manufacturer has no obligation under this limited warranty for products subject to the following conditions (including but not limited to):
Damage due to improper installation; Loose terminal connections, undersize alteration, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for desired voltage and AH requirements or reversed polarity connections.
Environmental damage: improper storage conditions as defined by the manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire or freezing or water damage.
Damage caused by collision.
Damage caused by improper maintenance, under or through the product over the product, dirty terminal connections.
Product that has been opened, modified or tampered with.
Product used for applications other than that for which it was designed and intended, including repeated engine starts.
Product that has been used on an oversized inverter/charger without the use of a manufacturer-approved current-limiting device.
Product that was undersized for the application, including an air conditioner or similar device with a locked rotor starting current that is not used in conjunction with a manufacturer approved track limiting device.
Product not stored in the manufacturer's storage policy, including storage of the product at low charges.
This limited warranty does not cover any product that has reached its normal end of life due to use that may occur prior to the warranty period. A battery can only provide a certain amount of energy over its lifetime, which occurs over different periods of time depending on the application. The manufacturer reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if the product is determined upon inspection to be at its normal end of life even then within the warranty period.
